will this type of movie bring enlighten to human kind?

为了锻炼身体， 选择了步行。
一小时四十五分钟的路程,用了体力也用了意志力。
全程八公里一个人，
安静的走完。
完全的投入在脚步和呼吸中。

最后的两公里下起了雨。一千多公米海拔的森林也变得阴深。
害怕吗？还好吧。 过了一个山腰就忘了。
陡峭的山路越来越耗力气。加上湿透的身体。

当终于见到了山顶时，真的好开心。成就。

一早乘车上山的朋友，谢谢你们为我先准备晚餐了。
