书的世界
生活的脚步有点跟不时间的节奏。
华尔兹的舞步要跟上恰恰的节奏让人吃不消。
书。让我閉开了一切。也让智慧増长吧。
相信吧，一切的发生都为你而发生。
不断的净化自己。

Summit of Kinabalu
It need effort, determination, mentally and physically for you to get to the peak.
if you lucky you can see the beautiful sun rise from the horizon.
To the peak it take about 2 to 3 hour from the Laban Rata rest house.
So, most people will depart from rest house around 2.30am and to catch the beautiful screen once they get to the summit.
Gear up yourself with headlight, windbreaker, water prove glove, is necessary.
to shine your way,
to keep you warm,
to prevent your finger freeze.
and just enjoy the trip, the breath, the heart beat and the screen.
beside strength on both leg it request arm strength for you to hold tide on the rote. you will surprise how you can make it this far on this kind of trial only after you come down.
a lot of feel and thought came out:
good damn it!
what the hell is this!
hoe far it going to take?
i promise not to come again!!!!!
until the screen put a smile on your face.

神山，她的高，美，神密，传说。人单純的念头，心念。如婴儿。
看山不是山、看水不是水
念头，心念，影响了关念。已往的信念改了。迷惑、彷徨。庝恨过，挣扎过了。对现实与世界产生了怀疑。
经历了，沉澱了，反省了。事后的反璞归真
看山还是山，水还是水。 也不再只观其实体

How may thing and memory you have before kick the bucket
Don't know since when Mount Kinabalu was inside my list.
not because to conquer the higher Mount in South East Asia.
but just to experience the trial, the view and the sweat.
welcome buy the rain
the trial is neither complicated or hard it just because of the high altitude and the requirement of mental strength.
depart around 8.30 am from Mesilau gate. all the way smooth and fun, the view was normal for rain forest, beside you may see stream and water fall. For me all the way on the trial rain was the big concern lucky it was just drizzle.
After you exhausted with your physical energy you really need to use your mental energy to keep you on going while your muscle still working.
take a few rest while have some energy bar and sandwich and of cause few picture.
because of the cold weather the camera lenses tent to be fog so the photo look a bit over expose even thought was using ISO 100.wonder why?
the screen change from time to time. from rain forest to small leave plant to algae then you may see more and more rock.and some of the trail is really killing
the weather become even more cold, because of the raining season.
and finally after 5 hour we can see the Laban Rata rest house.
is quite comprehensive and i think the facility and food is quite nice for a place at 3000 meter above sea level.
to be continue...... on the summit.

The energy, the effort, the team spirit, the vibration among each AIDENT members is tremble at resonance.

and we can't find an 'I' inside TEAM
We don't shout to be stimulate the Uhm. How ever we share and communicate
We choose to be gratitude on what we have, rather then comment on what we don't have
We step on other shoulder yet sometime we let people to step on our shoulder
We know every members is an asset. and every one can contribute to the team
We cross over the wall without let any one left behind .
We understand that communication need to be verify
and Goal have to be align among each members.
from spiritual we believe in karmic.
and we believe every thing start with action.
Just want to add another beautiful word
